The Salvatorberg Bestiary, possibly illuminated in Erfurt, is a member of this [Second Family] group, and its text closely follows that of the early-thirteenth-century English Bestiary in Cambridge (Cambridge University Library, Ii.4.26) ... The Salvatorberg cycle also follows the English order, but a number of miniatures are omitted, especially in the section on birds. ...
